Online Database Remote Access Application

The database subscriptions are licensed for use by state agency employees, state legislators and their staffs.

Once your application information is confirmed, you will be assigned a 14 digit access number.  This number will allow you to log-in to the online database subscriptions of the Arkansas State Library. If you wish to borrow materials from the Arkansas State Library, please visit the library on the 900 W. Capitol Ave., Little Rock, Arkansas to receive a library card.

Remote Access Application is received when you see the Confirmation Page, then processed by ASL staff.

Arkansas State Library patron records are protected by Arkansas Code § 13-2-7.
