a. Authenticate your users with library card numbers, student ID, etc, which allows them    access through your server, or

      b. Provide remote access IDs and/or passwords provided by the vendors

Note: Do not post IDs and passwords on web pages.  Hand them out on bookmarks, flyers or brochures.
