ID and password: 

   a. If you have an account besides Traveler use that account ID and password

   b. If you only have the Traveler access, contact the Office of Library Network Services for your access information

After log in, select “Reports section”.

Choose a report, such as “Activity by Title” or “Popular Titles” (I’ve attached to this email the Activity by Title report).

Select a time period

Select “Arkansas State Library” (or a specific library to get just their usage) and click add, then submit.

ID and password:

You use the IDs and passwords that were issued to you by EBSCO, Encyclopædia Britannica and OCLC respectively.  If you can't lay your hands on them, the places to call are listed under Access Information on the Traveler web page.

 

Yes, this is the same ID and password every year.  Academic and public libraries received their OCLC FirstSearch IDs and passwords beginning in 1993.
